The grounds are beautiful and the spa facilities are excellent. the oak room restaurant served an really good dinner, and the prices were fair. all staff members were helpful and friendly. i appreciated the modern, stylish design. Everything looked thoughtfully designed and sleek.

The grounds are beautiful. I especially liked the excellent spa facilities. I found the staff to be very friendly. They were helpful at all times. The Oak Room Restaurant dinner was really good. I was also pleased with the price. Breakfast was also first class.
I think that the amount paid was overpriced because the basic facility, the pool, wasn't included. I had to pay extra for 3.5 hours.

underwhelming stay , some issues noted

constant noiseanswering machine
my experience had some notable issues. the generator outside my room kept me awake , its constant noise was disturbing. i had to move the mattress away from the wall to lessen the noise , it did little to help. contacting staff early proved difficult , i could only leave a message.

I was pretty mad. the generator outside the room was a nightmare. it ran all night and kept me up. i had to drag the mattress away from the wall to try and get some sleep. contacting staff early was pointless. I only got an answering machine. total joke.
